Symbis +   is for couples who have been married for a while.

Symbis +   covers the areas above, plus 2 others.

Harmony:

How content you are as a couple. 

How much harmony you are experiencing when it comes to issues that matter most.

We’ll look at where you stand strongest together and where you might stand apart.

Time Style:

How your personalities are hard-wired uniquely for time.

We’ll look at where you are on the spectrum of Future-oriented vs. Present-oriented  and  Scheduled vs. Unscheduled.

Marriage coaching is a conversation about how you want to grow and change in your marriage.

Marriage coaching helps you to envision the ideal future for your relationship and to make your dreams a reality by setting goals and then completing the action steps you develop and choose to reach those goals.

Marriage coaching focuses on identifying growth goals that both partners are motivated to pursue.

Each partner’s perspective is drawn out, clarified, and understood before goals are set and action steps are chosen. Both partners must have equal opportunity to share their honest thoughts, feelings, and desires.

Maybe you don’t even know what changes you would like to make yet.

That’s ok.  A coach can help you to clarify how you would like to grow and to draw out your feelings, thoughts, and desires, enabling you to communicate to each other what you want.

Through coaching, you can learn to:

  • effectively listen to one another
  • ask effective questions
  • set shared goals
  • support and encourage one another as you work on your goals
